Meet the Staff at Woodward Chiropractic & Massage!

We have been happily serving North Dallas, Addison, Richardson area since 2000. Below you will learn more about each of our staff members. Once you’ve had a chance to meet us, we’d love the opportunity to meet you!

Jonathan Woodward DC completed his chiropractic boards in 2000 and opened a private family chiropractic clinic here in North Dallas. Dr. Woodward is trained in Trigenics, Active Release, and Functional Neurology.  Along with coaching diet and  corrective exercise  he uses traditional chiropractic adjustments to create personalized treatment programs for each individual’s unique needs. He remains dedicated to continuing education and enjoys serving families and the North Dallas community.


Mary Ann Reese, CCMA is our office manager. Born in the Philippines and raised around the world in a military family, she moved to Texas in 2001. In 2008, she earned her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in addition to learning many helpful skills within the medical industry. She is excited about being a part of this team and enjoys seeing patients realize the wonderful, healing benefits of Chiropractic care.

Naho Kawazoe, LMT is a native of Japan, classically trained Soprano Opera singer, and loves NASCAR! She received her massage training from Parker University School of Massage and specializes in Deep Tissue, Medical, Trigger Point, and Sports massage. “I really enjoy listening to my clients and am always excited to track down the muscle problem and get it corrected.”

Naho accepts appointments Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 8am to 12pm.


Elisabeth Sander, LMT received her massage training from Parker University School of Massage and specializes in Deep Tissue, Medical, Trigger Point, and sports massage. “I value & care about each patient’s individual needs & strive to insure that they leave the office feeling better than when they walked in.”

Elisabeth accepts appointments Mondays & Tuesdays 1pm to 5pm, and Wednesdays 8am to 12pm.


Lauren Redding, LMT completed her therapy training at The College of Healthcare Professions in 2014 and studied craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2015. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, medical, and sports massage. “My goal is to find the best combination of techniques to maximize healing for each individual patient.”

Lauren accepts appointments Mondays 8am to 5pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 1pm to 5pm.
