High-Intensity Exercise May Help and Overactive Bladder
Experts estimate that overactive bladder (OAB) may affect about one in six adults. In a study involving 77 overweight women with OAB, researchers observed that those who engaged in a high-intensity exercise program for twelve weeks experienced a nearly 30% reduction in their OAB symptoms.
