“Woodward Chiropractic,” “Woodward Chiropractic & Massage,” “Dr Jonathan Woodward D.C.,” “North Dallas Back Pain Relief Chiropractic,” and “Associated Chiropractic Professionals, P.A.” refer to the same practice located in Dallas, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Complimentary Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation for new patients. This is a brief 5–7 minute conversation to review your health history form and discuss your goals for care.
- We’ll determine whether your symptoms appear consistent with a chiropractic condition.
- If moving forward with an exam makes sense, we’ll let you know before proceeding.
- If you choose to continue with an exam or treatment, standard fees apply.
- There is no obligation to begin care.
- Treatment begins only with informed consent, when clinically appropriate, and when we reasonably believe we can help you reach your goals.
