Massage Therapy FAQ – Cost, Insurance & What to Expect
Massage sessions are 50 minutes and can be booked online. If you want to use insurance, a chiropractic exam is required first.
What can I expect during my massage?
Your therapist will focus on 2–3 key areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms, or legs.
If additional care would be helpful, your therapist may recommend another session or a customized plan.
Many patients schedule massage with their chiropractic adjustment, which allows relaxation and better alignment in the same visit.
How much does it cost?
Our standard fee for wellness massage is $120 per session.
Patients receiving chiropractic care on the same day receive a discounted rate of $90.
Massage without a chiropractic exam is self-pay.
Insurance may cover medically necessary massage after a chiropractic examination when the exam supports medical necessity as part of a treatment plan.

What should I wear?
Massage is typically performed directly on the skin with professional draping for your comfort. Many patients wear gym shorts, athletic clothing, or undergarments. We use non-greasy massage creams that absorb well and do not stain clothing.
