We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us (for example, through forms, chat, calls, or email) and preferences you select on our new-patient health history form. We are the sole owners of the information collected through this site. We do not sell or rent personal information for marketing purposes. We use your information to respond to your requests and to provide patient support.
We may contact you by telephone, postal mail, or email with appointment reminders, operational updates, new products or services, or changes to this Privacy Policy. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Your Access to and Control Over Information

SMS Messaging & Phone Numbers
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive texts from Woodward Chiropractic & Massage, we process your number and message metadata to send appointment reminders, care updates, and billing notices. With separate consent, we may send occasional promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. We also honor other reasonable opt-out phrases. We do not sell your personal information and share it only with service providers needed to deliver texts or to comply with law. We retain SMS records only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law and remove you from SMS lists when you opt out. Security
We protect your information online and offline. Where sensitive information (such as credit card data) is collected, it is encrypted and transmitted securely (look for the lock icon and “https”).
