How much time should I schedule?

 

We offer 50-minute massage therapy sessions, booked on the hour. This allows your therapist to focus on 2–3 key areas such as the neck, shoulders, low back, hips, arms, or legs.

If you need more extensive care, we may recommend a second session or a custom plan based on your goals and comfort.

Most of our Dallas patients schedule massage in conjunction with their chiropractic adjustment, which enhances relaxation and alignment within the same hour. Your massage session includes time for set-up and post-session dressing.

 How much does it cost?

Our standard fee for wellness massage is $100 per session.

Patients who receive chiropractic care on the same day receive a discounted rate of $90.

Many insurance plans cover medical massage (manual therapy) when prescribed by Dr. Woodward as part of a treatment plan. If your symptoms are related to pain, injury, or a diagnosed condition—such as whiplash, tendinitis, or headaches—we’re happy to verify your insurance benefits.

We accept most major insurance plans and also provide care for auto accident-related injuries.

What should I wear?

Massage is typically performed directly on the skin with proper draping for your comfort. Many patients wear gym shorts, athletic wear, or undergarments. We use non-greasy, skin-friendly massage creams that absorb well and won’t stain clothing.
